Owner Dick Simon is back to view the progress of his personal dream. Seen here with Master Boat Builder, Luis Guillermo Solano Araya, known to all as "Cartago", the name of the town where he was raised. When Cartago is here in the U.S. he gets dubbed "Chicago".

Many areas are now nearing completion, although there is still lots of cleaning to do.
